Your complete desktop is beeing captured - websites, emails, chats, games - everything. Keystrokes will be assigned to the window, where entered and stored in webpage format. The output is sorted according to time or keyed window. You can easy view the protocoll with your web browser.
Captured data are not visible and not stored as images / text on the PC. You can move them with a single button click to an USB stick for later viewing - maybe on another PC. With the Remote Access you can change all SecretAgent settings from another PC.

* Run the Setup on the user account, that should be monitored
